1. Who we are

Post-Interview Goldmine ("the Service") is operated by BMD Publishing, the trading name of Book Marketing Done For You ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you ("user", "you") enter into a binding agreement with us.

2. Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. The Service

The Service lets you upload or paste interview/podcast transcripts and receive AI-generated business-development insights, follow-ups, and content. Output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies — you are responsible for reviewing it before acting on it.

4. Account & accuracy

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be of legal age and, if registering on behalf of an organization, have authority to bind it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:

• using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• sending spam or unsolicited communications;
• infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• uploading transcripts you do not have rights to process;
• interfering with security, scraping, probing, or distributing malware;
• using outputs to generate hateful, harassing, deceptive, or illegal content, deepfakes, or material that impersonates real people without consent;
• attempting to jailbreak, reverse engineer, or circumvent the AI model's safety controls.

6. AI-generated content

You are responsible for your prompts, the transcripts you submit, and how you use the outputs. You must verify outputs before relying on them and must not present them as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. We may filter, moderate, or refuse outputs, and may suspend accounts that violate our usage rules. If a rights-holder notifies us of infringing content, we will take it down and may terminate repeat infringers.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan. You may not resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or circumvent technical limits. You retain ownership of transcripts you upload and grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service.

8. Payments, billing & refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, billing, taxes, subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination your right to use the Service ends; we will give you a reasonable window to export your data where practical before deletion.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where it cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your transcripts or content, your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BMD Publishing is established, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
