We want you to be happy with Post-Interview Goldmine. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact our support team and we will coordinate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. It can take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time through paddle.net or our support team. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. For refunds on the most recent renewal, the 30-day window above applies.
